Please try the following: (1) Close and reopen the app. (2) Restart your device. (3) Make sure your device is running the latest OS version. (4) Reinstall the app from the App Store or Google Play. If the issue persists, please contact us.
Open the app and go to the settings menu (hamburger icon). Tap "Restore Purchase". Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account that was used for the original purchase.
You can remove all advertisements by purchasing the premium upgrade. Open the settings menu in the app and look for the premium option. This is a one-time purchase that permanently removes ads.
Make sure notifications are enabled for toki in your device settings. On iOS: Settings > toki > Notifications. On Android: Settings > Apps > toki > Notifications. Also ensure your device is not in Do Not Disturb mode.
Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by the app store where you made the purchase. For Apple: visit reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play: open the Play Store app and go to your order history.
